I'm trying to figure out the difference between Fast Track Settlement and Fast Track Mediation. The requirements for both fast track programs seem to be the same. As far as I can tell, the only difference is that in the FTS procedure a greater effort is made to try and get the two sides to come to an agreement. Am I missing something?
