TurboTax: bad news/good news

I was wondering why my state (SC) e-file hadn't been accepted after about a week. Then I got a notice (e-mail and from the TurboTax program) that there was a problem with some returns, mine included. Nothing I had done wrong, and they were working on it. A couple of days later, I got a second notice saying that all had been cleared up and my return had been accepted. I don't know which/how many states were affected or what trigger was involved, but they seem to have fixed it pretty quickly.

I bought TT this year, then asked for and got a refund. It was just plain wrong on my form 1116. Turbotax seemed to have no real interest in finding out the problem and fixing it. I work for a large software company (about 2/3 the size of Intuit) so I know what's involved in fixing issues - at least at my company there would be a way it would get into the system!
