125% Value Loan - Bets rate

Can anyone give me guidance on what rate I should be able to get at present on a lon of 44k guaranteed on 125% of home value and any good recommended lenders (must be long term 25 year - length of mortgage)

If its 125% Mortgage you want then Northern Rock is your only main stream option.
