Any suggestions as to what are the best deals around at the moment for standard interest and capital repayment mortgages.
I currently have a mortgage of around 200,000 with Intelligent Finance, but now that I have few savings left to off-set against the mortgage I believe this is expensive.
I am looking for a mortgage that would not have anything more than a 2 year tie-in, and the cost of the transfer would need to be taken into account when considering if the new mortgage was a good deal.
