Current best discounted rate (with no extended tie-ins)

Hi,

since I'm in the habit of moving mortgages every few years I'm currently looking for a new one... (I take the discounted rate for the time its given for then move to another one!).

Any good ones around at the moment? (No tie-ins wanted etc !!)
