I'd like to re-mortgage my house, I have a default which was registered 3 years ago, I'm still paying it off since its zero interest rate, the amount was 2500
Which providers would be good, as I don't want to pay too much for the mortgage, as most charge 299 booking fee. I had a look at Bristol & West, but I'm sure I can do better. I have a good income and no other debt problems
I don't want to be tied into any deal more than 2 years max, and no extra tie-ins after that as I might want to move house
