BTL valuations without inspection

Someone told me that there is a lender at 5.5% pa who values properties by comparables on the internet, not by sending a valuer.

Any information would be appreciated.

When were you told this? I suspect the message got to you sooner than intended and wasn't supposed to reach you until Sunday.
