Buying a house with cash

Is it not possible for the company to buy and own the house and you rent it off the company for 1p? Then you can pay yourself a salary minus the cost of what it would cost you in mortgage repayments over 25 years and pay less income tax and NI too?

Also 230k of your profit is wiped out by investing in property so not taxable?

I'm probably very, very wrong.

You pay tax on the benefit of getting a cheap house from the company.

the company also pays CT on the cash immediately for property purchases

- it effectively becomes a property investment company - don't imagine there are any nice loopholes like that

Couldn't you mortgage your house after you've paid the cash for it?

You're even more wrong than that!
