I'm thinking of ordering the "Follow Me TV Unit" from the US

and they say they usually describe it as:"Follow Me TV marine satellite TV tracking system"
Can anyone tell me the likely heading and duty rate which would be used and, if possible, a better, but honest, heading, which might attract a lower rate.
Or is there a more appropriate ng to ask the question?
