First time victim of bank fraud they had my home telephone number as well. Surely this information is hacked from the banks database? Any comments?

Seems as if a lot of this type of thing is generally a inside job , simply down to the very poor policing of the banks employee's

Simple. NEVER respond to an incoming phone call with any security info. See the Experian website for guidance on that.
