Fund Distribution limited

Today I have received a package from subject company. see

formatting link
for details.

The fund is made up of contributions from various IT companies agreeing to pay some compensation for the well reported IT fiasco. However whilst many companies / managers are involved, and have contributed to the fund, am I correct in suspecting that not *all* the zeroes of these trust companies were involved in the problem?

For example take just one of the companies involved, Jupiter Asset Management. The list of zeroes includes some zeroes which, to me, look likely to pay their correct redemption value.

The problem is that to complete the form will take considerable, and possibly costly, effort for what *even* Fund Distribution Limited say may not result in any pay out. Is all this worth the effort for all the zeroes listed by Fund Management Limited?

Ditto.

I think you're correct. My package includes, on pp 23-25 of the Guide, a list of qualifying investments. It says above the list:

"A number of the products have already or may in the future pay out in full when they mature. The list of products has been made extensive for simplicity only."

(Simple for who, exactly?) So those products are presumably not part of the problem. Fortunately the only product I held (no. 58) paid out in full, so I can happily recycle the whole package.
