I'm looking for an instant-access account (bank or building society) for a sum of 7000 which I want to use for paying various builders over the coming six months. I envisage the 7K being used up by 6 months time.
To this end, I've been searching for a web site that compares building society's interest rates. Surprisingly, I haven't found one. Can anyone point me to one? (I'm assuming that building sicieties pay better rates of interest than the banks).
