No need to shred everything before binning. Just piss or crap in the bin bag before putting out for collection? If really important paperwork is in the binbag then piss and crap in it before setting it aside in a warm place for a week before putting out for collection. Or start eating oily fish 3 times a week. That should stop people nosing about in binbags looking for useful paperwork. Improves your health as well.
