I know Natwest isn't the best ISA rate (4.75 compared to 5ish widely available), but I have trouble proving who I am with no driving license or passport, so it's simpler to stick with people who at least know my financial track record... especially this close to this year's deadline.
Anyway, I just wondered if anyone out there has an ISA running with them, and if so, does it show up as just another of your online accounts so you can move money to & from it at will?
If not I might as well try someone like First Direct, who seem to use credit reference agencies and the like to check your identity rather than paper documents (I may be wrong though).
