I currently have an ISA with Hargreaves Lansdown, which charges 0.5% maintainance fee per year for stocks/bonds, capped at £200. Does anyone know if any other ISA providers have lower rates? I think James Haye does have better maintainace rates, but very high dealing rates (over 50 per deal I think).

Percentage fees like this are a rip off as it costs the same whether your funds are £5,000 or £40,000
