I've always assumed that you can have more than one SIPP (providing the lifetime allowance is not exceeded). But I've never actually seen it written anywhere. Can anyone confirm? Nick

You can have as many pensions as you like. But I don't know where it's written down. A SIPP is a personal pension, and even before A-Day (last 6th April) you could have as many personal pensions as you wanted (if you were eligible for them - i.e. not a member of an occupational scheme earning over
30K). So you can go on having as many SIPPs as you like.Rob Graham
