Mortgage advisor help

Hi,

I hope to complete my CeMAP in a few months time, and was looking for advice on where to go after I finish.

Should I join a mortgage network, work for a lender or go it alone ? After mortgage day, I think the last one is out of the question.

I've seen a few networks which look after the compliance issues and provide the software - for a fee of course. If I work for a lender, they look after all of it but the earning potential is not good........

Any ideas/comments ?

Nick.

If youve only got the qualification the for gods sake go and work for a lender and get some experience. Going it alone is a no - no you will make too many mistakes and going for a network will only give you authorisation, not experience. Software alone is NOT the answer.
