Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good fixed rate mortgage (3-3 years), with the possibility of paying off more than required (flexible), and no early redemption charges after the (2-3 years). The flexibile part is not a must however.
Property purchase price = 190,000 deposit = 19,000 My and my wife's combined salary is > 60K
