Mortgage Regulation Advice...need some help.

Hello,

Can anyone offer some advice on the new Mortgage Regulation which takes effect from 31st October?

I run a mortgage web site, and im not quite sure how to interperit the rules which state that a client must fully express a desire to be called in relation to the a mortgage enquiry when filling in an internet based mortgage enquiry form.

Would the following above the submit button suffice: "Please complete this form and a mortgage adviser will call you with expert advice on the best mortgage for you. I agree that I am actively seeking a mortgage and want advice." [SUBMIT FORM] (something similar can be seen here:

Or do you think some form of Opt In is required via a tick box or something similar? This is an example of OPT IN, see the question next to the submit button:

Any advice greatly appreciated!
