I will be shortly looking for a non status mortgage to buy a 150k property, I have 45k in savings, so even keeping some back for fees etc I will be able to put down 25%, I am seeing a (good) IFA next week, but would be grateful if anyone here could give me an idea of what soft of deals I could get.
