The site refers to agent commission in its contracts but that info is not displayed. Agents don't want to discuss it!
Was thinking someone would know how much commission an agent gets for making a Western Union payment.

The agents may be bound to confidentiality on this by their contracts. Its quite likely that commissions are negotiated individually with each agent, and could vary quite considerably depending on various factors such as their turnover and location.
