If you enter the words "population", "world", "country" and "region" into Google Search it comes up with dozens of sources for the kind of data you are looking for.

No, it comes up with dozens of sources for the kind of data he *isn't* looking for. "County" and "country" look similar but have different spellings to show they are not the same word :)

OK, I misread county as country, but if you put the appropriate words into Google and browse the results a little you can find the information needed with just a few minutes work.

Well you are cleverer than me as I spent more than a few minutes getting nowhere. Anyway what's your problem I thought there was a comradeship in this type of NG and no one would mind giving me the benefit of their experience so why should you appear to mind.
