carried away with his ideas. Next is to check out a few property of our own to check if your realtor is much better than you, as you visit/check-out a property make sure to conduct a deep visual inspection by a pro and you too personally, if possible try to have a short conversation with your neighbor. If satisfied make sure that, you make a pretty good deal, a light and good conversation can get you the best deal.

I look forward to your guidance on sucking eggs.

How about "Where not to get English language lessons in India", a subject about which you clearly have personal knowledge and expertise.

A bit doubtful about the "India", though I suppose there is outsourcing. I see you've already seen, and replied to, the same post from janesavvy123 on in pseudo-response to the same 2004 OP. (Or rather, this thread to date appears to copy segments of that one - I'm not clear about any directionality yet.)

You can also find the same post from her, also dated 3 July, on an Australian forum , in this case on a recent thread. The logo in the sig space of her post is of Sale Swift. Saleswift.com is registered to Propsavvy Ltd. Sale Swift and Propsavvy are registered English companies with a London address and the same directors.
