Raising funds.

I am looking to raise some funds (about 25000). This is my current situation. Any sensible advice welcomed. Property valued at 240000. Outstanding mortgage 54000 Age 55 Lender Cheltenham & Gloucester (repayment) Income (self employed) 13000 Wifes income (employed) 8000



Try to remortgage with C&G ? New mortgage? Personal loan ?

It all depends on how quickly you require the funds, as a new/re-mortgage will require a new valuation

A loan (Max Unsecured 25,000) would normally be available within 5 working days.
