Is it me or did the Safeway ISA not restore the APR prior to the cut in July, following the increase in the BoE base rate in November. The 4.2% (or was it 4.3%?) applied before the base rate cut in July, but when the BoE rate increased in November, Safeway didn't give it all back and only increased rates to 4.15%. I know it's only 0.5% but hey, times are hard for us savers enough!.
