Can anyone reccomend a sharedealing service to a newbie that is trustworthy and easy to use, and reasonably priced. Online or otherwise! Many thanks

Can anyone recommend a suitable sharedealing service for someone new to sharedealing? One that is easy to use and of course trustworthy. Online or telephone.

Many thanks

I use Natwest Brokerline and Halifax sharedealing, both have their pros/cons.

Brokerline: good set features (text alerts, company info, limit prices...),

15 commission Halifax: less features, 1.50 or 11.50 commission (depending on the order)

Let us know how you get on.

Jon.

Hi, have had a look round, and am going with Halifax sharedealing service, it seems user friendly, annd slightly less expensive than others I've looked at.
