We are three friends thinking of starting a business.
Is going to be a dating website.
now we don't really know which is the best way to go ,in respect of what is going to be the type of the businesses (partnership),LPC but we are thinking LPC because we don't want the eligibility that a partnership might bring .
We are going to be running the business ourselves at the moment and we are not going to get a loan for the business.and we were wondering in practise which one is the better option in respect of how are we going to get taxed,and also what steps do we need to take in order to start the business (where to register our name ,and how long does it take etc)
What legal factors we need to take upon consideration...
Any suggestions about good and affordable lawyers that they specialize in Internet law ..
We heard that registering the website in another country might result in lower tax ,how does that work ?do we need to be residents of a country to register our company over there or because is a website it doesn't matter .which will be the best country to choose to create the website .. and do we need to open a business bank account over there.
if this is not possible which business bank account would you recommend in the U.K ?and why ?
