Can anyone tell me whether current students be affected by the proposed tuition fee changes, or will the fee for them remain at 1100 pounds per year?

AFAIMA, the new to-up fee will come in for those entering uni in 2006. Those who are there already, and those who enter until 2005, will continue to pay the current up-front fee (increased in line with inflation) until they leave.
