Can someone please confirm if you can you get Tax Relief on mortgage life insurance. Please provide further information and details on how to setup this up.

Only if the policy was taken out before midnight of the 1984 budget.
What about pension term assurance?
You can't.

Isn't "mortgage life insurance" written in the life assurance fund ("BLAGAB"), whereas "pension term assurance" is written in the pensions business fund - so two different beasts?
