Hello Can anyone recommend a source of information & advice on investing in buy to let apartments in places new to the EEC like Prague... (e.g. risks, tax consideration for a UK buyer etc)... Anyone got any experience where they can point out some of the pros & cons?
Also any thoughts on whether such an investment climate may have changed with the "non" votes on the European constitution?

Check on the taxation arrangements before you raise the money to buy it (or perhaps you are doing it with cash in the bank). It might be more beneficial to get a mortgage (if you need one) on the property itself rather than on your main residence in the UK to fund the purchase for cash.
