Does anyone know where tools insurance can be obtained to cover approx 5k worth of tools?
This would be seperate to insuring the vehicle they live in.

I suspect that 'all risks' insurance of that sort of thing will cost so much that it's pointless. It would be cheaper to put the equivalent of the insurance premium aside each year and use it to fund replacement tools as required.
