transfer of shares before incorporation

Hi is there anybody who can help me, i am currently studying for my ACCA and i am really stuck.

I understand that when promoters enter into pre-incorporation contracts the company is not bound by the contract because there is no legal capacity, but what happens when the promoters and subscribers to the memorandum transfer shares to another person before the date of incorporation.

I would really appreciate any information thanks in advance
