can anyone tell me if a polish couple, lived here for 3 months and in full time work paying taxes and NI are eligable for child benefit and Child tax credit please?

I think unless they were here legally before 1 May 04 (when Poland joined EU), they have to be resident and working in UK for one year before they are eligible for social security benefits such as Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit. See
