There is an UK resident person who would like to fund the creation of a laboratory in Italy (operating in the ICT sector), and it wishes to do so through a private limited company created in UK. I'm trying to setup a business plan, and one of the things concerning me is in the first 2-3 years from the startup, the company will probably not generate any income, if not from some small and localized complementary activity in Italy. Would be that a problem?
