I earn money from companys whihc is dealt with by one organisation - which has today reversed (unknown reason as yet) transactions whihc I was paid for in th elast tax year.

Make the adjustment in the next year. If it's very material you can write to the Inland Revenue and ask them to adjust it.
OK ta. I'm hoping its all a horrid mistake and they'll "redo" the money.
