Hello all,

I've taken a graduate level course on around governance and I have sox experience from a steering committee perspective at my old job, but for the more experienced of you out there, I'm wondering if you could point me (if they exist) to any free online resources that you've found particularly useful. I've done some googleing around, but a lot of the material available is at a cost and I am looking for free right now. I am particularly interested in COSO & COBIT and SOX from creating a certification program/process in a large organization from the ground up.

yea, there is the tool kit, and some free stuff if you "poke around" the url site a bit. it is the 1st site i have come across to have much usable sox info, links, and discussions possibilities...it aint great, but it is a start...i was (and still am) seeking info on sox and cost accounting effects...how sox effects a cost accounting dept and planning.....also erp effects...thanx, and good luck....
