any COSO & SOX resources online???

Hello all,I've taken a graduate level course on around governance and I have soxexperience from a steering committee perspective at my old job, but forthe more experienced of you out there, I'm wondering if you could pointme (if they exist) to any free online resources that you've foundparticularly useful. I've done some googleing around, but a lot of thematerial available is at a cost and I am looking for free right now. Iam particularly interested in COSO & COBIT and SOX from creating acertification program/process in a large organization from the groundup.Thanks,Bert

yea, there is the tool kit, and some free stuff if you "poke around"the url site a bit. it is the 1st site i have come across to have muchusable sox info, links, and discussions possibilities...it aint great,but it is a start...i was (and still am) seeking info on sox and costaccounting effects...how sox effects a cost accounting dept andplanning.....also erp effects...thanx, and good luck....
