Using Q2014 R8 in Windows 7 system. One step update from two banks and one brokerage worked fine on Monday. Today I cannot access any online information for any online activated account. Deactivating, then reactivating does not function. Any suggestions or help?

I am also using Q2014 R8, but with Windows 10, and have the same problem. O ne Step Update does not work after entering the password. If I then try to put in the password again, after the first time I do not even have a space to enter it. I thought I was the only one with this problem! Caryl

When I came home tonight the Update function was working. So hopefully the problem was just a one-day glitch. Caryl
Same here. Mysteriously the problem went away.
