When I open Quicken Online, it would show the recent payments with the latest payment at the bottom of the window. The last few days, it has started showing the oldest payment first in the window and I have to scroll down to see the latest. Don't know why the window display changed, but how do I get it back to showing the latest payment at the bottom of the screen and you can scroll up to see the oldest if you want?

Normally a left click on the heading of a column will reverse the sort order.
I tried clicking on the "Delivery" name in the title box and nothing happens. Are you looking at the Quicken Bill Pay "Online Center" Box? Am I missing something?
I found the screen you are referring to and the normal method of sorting does not work for me either. With my Q2014 the oldest dates are at the top of the list and the newest are at the bottom. I don't see any way to change the sort order.
The sort order is ok, oldest at top, newest at bottom. But, in the past, when you open Online Center, the window would show the newest at the bottom, not the oldest at the top. Not sure what changed that a few days ago.

From what I see, I don't think anything has changed.
When there are more bill pay transactions than can be displayed at one time on the Payments tab in the Online Center, Quicken displays the oldest first and lets you scroll to see the newest. The same is true for regular downloaded transactions (seen on the "Transactions" tab in the Online Center).
That is true in Q2015 and it's also true in Q2013. I'm not aware of any recent update to either product (the last update for Q2015 was May 26,
