Quicken Online Center/Quicken Bill Pay Date?

I updated to Quicken 2014 and now when I go to Online Center/Quicken Bill Pay, the date is now "ASAP" instead of the current date as in previous version of Quicken. So, when I type in an Online Payees name the hit tab to fill in the payee's info, Quicken 2014 gives me an error on the Date and I have to do something to get the current date in there. How do I reset that to automatically display the current date as previous versions did?

Thanks for any insights. charliec

It's a known problem in Q2014; there is nothing you can "reset" to change it.

The simplest way I've found to minimize the effect of problem is to double-click on the calendar icon in the date field.

["ASAP" was always there; but in the past, choosing an online payee would replace ASAP with a valid delivery date.]

Thanks for the reply - I had figured that out, but was still wondering if there was reset that could happen. Just have to wait for a fix I guess.

Apparently Quicken H&B 2014 (R5 now) hosed some online updates that were working just fine in Q H&B 2013. I'm sorry now that I was given it as a present; I had planned to stay with QH&B 2013 for at least another year. Some of my FI accounts download fine, but one bank/mortgage and one credit card account generate error messages even after resetting them. Strangely, the transactions seem to download despite the error. BTW, a failed reset process gives me the message to try again in a few days and not contact my FI because it's not their error. That suggests it's Intuit's server and database.

I'd uninstall and reinstall 2013, but right now am sick and don't have the energy to reenter my split transactions, etc.

Meanwhile, I have to tolerate the bills and reminders bottom tab appearing every time I go to an account register, until they fix that.

Sigh...
