Quicken 2014 R5 - Online Center Not Working?

I received a notice in Quicken 2014 that Release 5 was available and I updated. Now, Online Center will not work. When I try to download transactions, it does not request to enter the password, it just returns right away to the Online Center page. Anyone else have/had this problem and have a cure/work around to fix it. I have 2 separate setups where I run Quicken 2014 and Online Center updates does not work in either of them (these are separate databases).

R5 online downloads work fine for me...

Hi, Charlie.

OSU offered me R5 the first time I ran it (Q2014 R4) this morning. But I didn't want to update until I had processed this morning's new downloaded transactions. After doing that, I ran OSU again. It updated all my FIs again, finding no more new transactions, of course, and then quit. NO offer of R5 or any other update.

And now, since the instructions for how to get R5 disappeared after that initial display, I can't find out how to update from R4. The Online Center works fine - but just downloads NO new transactions, again, and that's all. I've closed and restarted Q more than once, but OSU still doesn't show me an update.

Of course, after 20+ years with Quicken, I'm still a newbie at these things, I guess. :>{

I think I found the update under Help, but it is not there now.

Sometimes, it disappears and then comes back in a day or two... hopefully it already has by this time!
