Online Bill Pay does not fill in Payee Info: Quicken 2014, R7?

Since updating to R7 in Quicken 2014, now when I go to Online Center/Quicken Bill Pay and enter an online Payee Name and hit "Tab", it does not fill in the previous transaction data (amount, Category, Memo) for that Payee. Before this "upgrade" the data was automatically entered and all I had to do was change the amount and posted the transaction! How do I fix this problem in R7?

Really appreciate any information on this issue!

I've having the same frustration.

The work around is to click on the down arrow to the right to get the list of choices and then select the choice you just found. A PITA.

I don't know whether it's the case here, but sometimes changes in software take place accidentally, as a result of changing something else.

I spent over 1-1/2 hours on the Chat with their Tech Support person and she could not resolve the problem and not admitting that it was probably a programming glitch that should be reported to their programming staff. She just wanted to keep trying different things - including creating completely new data files. No help there!
