Greetings - anyone had problems installing 2012 H & B in Windows 8.1?
I just got a new desktop and tried to install, but next to nothing happens. Click on the install file and UAC kicks in,but when I click to confirm to continue, I see a message about starting to extract, and then I'm just returned to the desktop. Nothing has installed.
