Quicken update instruction

Is this correct? I am trying to check for an update to the quicken deluxe program. It says release notes, updates and mondo patch. But One step Update is for downloading your financial data from brokerages etc. ? This is from Quicken Support page.

Select Tools on the menu bar, then choose One Step Update. Click Update Now. If a Quicken update is available, it will let you know. If your last online session was not completed, you'll see a message to complete the last session first. Quicken displays a window that describes what's in the update, as well as brief instructions for downloading the update."
