Quicken (Deluxe 2013) and Kaspersky

I recently moved to Windows 10. Quicken 2013 seems to be working ok, except

1) I get a phishing warning pop up from Kaspersky relate to a Discover URL, and it says it is being blocked and 2) transactions from Discover bank are being downloaded o.k. but duplicated. Anyone else having similar issues?
