Electronic payments problem - Q2005D

I've used online payments with Quicken back to version '02 with the same financial institution, but am now having a problem that doesn't make sense to me.

I'm in the online center, payments tab. I enter the payee, amount, processing date, and category information, as always. I press enter to complete the transaction. For some reason, the list of payments now repositions to the top (oldest) transaction instead of showing the new payment at the bottom of the list. When I scroll the list back to the bottom, the new payment isn't there. There's no error message; the payment information is simply 'discarded.' Any ideas? Thank you.
