Fix for problem with Downloading Transactions

Unfortunity most of their solutions require updating to R3, but R3 makes Quicken crash constantly on my computer. Had to uninstall Quicken and only upgrade to R2 to get it working.

When that happens to me, I go to: Online-Online Center, then select the flagged institution and click "Compare to Register" and suddenly the new transactions appear back under the register.
