I added an attachment to an account, using Quicken 2007's great new feature for keeping statements. But I attached the wrong file. I can't delete it. When I try to delete it, I get the message: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Intuit, please fix this problem!
There is a work-around. Open task manager/processes & double click on "image name." There should be a process at the top that starts w/acro (don't remember the whole name), end that process, go back to your attachment & click on delete. It should delete at this point -- at least this works for me.
A very unsatisfying solution, to be sure. But it works.

I've actually dug down to the image folder directly and deleted it from there. Not fun....
