8:55am CT and quotes not downloading into Quicken....again. Anyone else having this problem?

9:55AM AND WORKING AGAIN.
I am not getting all quotes. This happens every week, I am beginning to think I am done with Quicken, and have been user since it started, moved from Andrew Tobias "Money", now MSFT's.
Intuit/Quicken really needs some new leadership and focus with new management.
2007 H&B, is so slow it is sickening, and still doesn't handle options trading, unbelievable.
