Job Proposals

Anyone have a good general job proposal for clients? I'm too damn busy as it is this month, and of course someone new shows up on the doorstep asking me 100 questions about what we'll do and for how much.

Complaining about a potential new client?

Only you know what you do and for how much.

If you are so busy you may be better off telling him you can't handle any more clients. Better for you and for him!

Y'all know what I mean.... I'll be bustin my butt at the office 16hrs/day for the next 3 weeks because everyone thinks they should be next (even when they just brought their shoebox in 2 days ago) because their kid needs a student loan, and their dog's vet won't do the sex change without a credit history and 3 yrs tax returns, etc etc etc... and then come June I'll be staring at the wall or playing checkers online. I need something to use as a basic proposal for a year long client, that I can customize to fit what I do. I'd also like to see what peers are using, just to see if I'm too technical or too informal.... stinks being the only one in my office everyday. I often think about scrapping this place and finding some office mates. Anyone from Bucks/Montgomery County PA? :)
