My partner and I live in CA and have a general partnership agreement.
We will be Auto Dealers selling cars to the public. We also will have a Brokering Service.
We were thinking of doing an LLC or S-Corp.
What is the best way to go for taxation, costs, simplicity, liability protection etc.
